The registration fee is USD 150 (KRW 170,000) before July 15, USD 200 after July 15, and USD 250 onsite (only by cash onsite). The registration fee includes registration, coffee, reception, gala dinner, and excursion, except accommodation, lunch, and dinner. Booking hotel is available at the accomodation site of the COSPAR symposium. If you want to take lunch box at the venue, request it at the online registration. Then you can buy ticket for lunch by cash (20,000KRW / 1 ticket) onsite. The financial support can be provided to limited number of young scientists with approvals of LOC.

Meeting organization will issue the invitation letter to apply for Visa. If you need the invitation letter, contact isest2017@kasi.re.kr. You will be required to provide the personal information for the invitation letter to be generated, such as your nationality and work address. Check the General Information for more informations on the Visa application.

Participants who already registered and want to cancel, please contact by email (isest2017@kasi.re.kr). Cancellation is possible at anytime before the conference start (September 18). About 4 percent will be deducted for the finance fee.
